I could not find an email address so I must use this manner to point out an error on page 25 of “Is This Thing On?”  The CDs  I have will hold 700MB & the DVDs I have will hold 4.7GB.  Even fuzzy math won't make a DVD store 26 times as a CD.  If there are in fact 18GB DVDs available please supply a link for purchase.

The capacities are cd = 700Mb, dvd = 4.7Gb. However, the math in the book is wrong 4700/700 is roughly 6.7-6.8 times as many, not 26. So, you are correct.
 
I don't remember the “26″ stat in the book draft (I think I would've noticed!), but, even if it was an editor's change, the buck stops with me. I will make a note for the revised version.
 
Wish I could make a DVD that holds 18Gb!
