You have no problem printing say a Microsoft Word document or a photo? Correct? But when you go to print an e-mail the computer and the printer don't speak to each other.
Try turning everything off (computer and printer), then unplugging the computer from the printer. Wait about a minute. Plug everything in and turn on the computer first, then the printer. First try to print something from your desktop. Let me know if anything prints.
If nothing prints, I suspect that you have a backlog of print jobs that need to be deleted. If that is the case I need to know whether you computer is a PC or a Mac and then I can give you the need directions. So, let me know.
